Condo buildings have rules. Elevator protection pads, concierge sign-in, restricted parking for service vehicles, and noise bylaws after certain hours. For years now, we have worked within those constraints across the Niagara region. A cleaner who has never worked in a condo building takes longer and causes friction with building management. That costs you time.
The units themselves are different too. Quartz countertops, engineered hardwood, and glass shower enclosures are the standard finishes in most newer Niagara condo builds. Each surface needs a different product. Using the wrong one on quartz leaves a film. Using the wrong one on engineered hardwood swells the planks. We match the product to the surface on every visit.
